Her company Madlé Design is specialized in design and security integration for a wide range of security design and intaglio (print) projects such as banknotes, stamps, coins and other security documents.

It is the combination of these characteristics with present-day technology, authentic craftsmanship and personal creativity results in a unique, customized product that sets her work apart. Madlé started her career in 1985 at Royal Joh. Enschedé where she worked as a designer and hand engraver for national and international clients for 20 years. She has been working as an independent design professional since 2005. Several of her banknote designs have been nominated by the International BankNote Society as 'Banknote of the year.'
